An undisclosed flaw in Oracle Partner Management 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote attackers to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies Attribute Admin Setup as the affected component but has not published the wrong operation or input that triggers the flaw. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require another person's interaction, and it grants full read access plus limited insert, update, or delete access.
