Heap-based buffer overflow in Accusoft ImageGear 19.10 allows remote attackers to crash or execute code via crafted JPEG files. The JPEG-JFIF lossless Huffman parser mishandles SOF3 frames whose precision is below 9, writing beyond a heap buffer during image decoding. Exploitation requires a victim application to open or process the malicious file; the record does not establish a standalone network service.
