Authenticated service interruption through undisclosed InnoDB flaw
Published Apr 22, 2021 · Updated Sep 26, 2024
Denial of service in InnoDB in Oracle MySQL Server 5.7.33 and earlier and 8.0.23 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to crash the server. Oracle has not disclosed the flawed InnoDB operation or the input that triggers it. High database privileges and network access through a supported protocol are required; exploitation causes a hang or repeatedly reproducible crash without reported data disclosure or modification.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
