Database disclosure via imei_filter SQL concatenation

SQL injection in Advantech R-SeeNet 2.4.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data via imei_filter. device_list.php stores the URL-decoded parameter in the session, escapes it into a SQL fragment, then passes that fragment through a concatenated stored-procedure call that removes the intended protection. Any authenticated account can reach the code; a cross-site request forgery can instead make a logged-in victim submit the request.
