Database disclosure via esn_filter SQL injection
Published Dec 22, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Advantech R-SeeNet 2.4.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data via an HTTP request. device_list.php URL-decodes esn_filter and concatenates it into SQL that a stored procedure dynamically prepares and executes without parameter binding. Any authenticated account can reach the device list; cross-site request forgery can drive a logged-in browser, and the demonstrated impact is data disclosure.
