Database disclosure via stat_filter SQL injection

SQL injection in Advantech R-SeeNet 2.4.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data via stat_filter. The device_list.php page URL-decodes stat_filter, stores it in the session, concatenates it into a stored-procedure query, and prepares the resulting SQL without parameter binding. Any authenticated user or a cross-site request forgery can reach the path; successful exploitation discloses database contents without reported integrity or availability impact.
