Authenticated SQL injection via health_filter parameter

SQL injection in Advantech R-SeeNet 2.4.15 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via crafted HTTP requests. The device_list page inserts the health_filter parameter into SQL handling without adequate neutralization, enabling injection through a normal request or cross-site request forgery.
