Database disclosure via nested query construction

SQL injection in Advantech R-SeeNet 2.4.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data via name_filter. The user_list.php page escapes name_filter before embedding it in SQL that is then nested inside a stored-procedure call, where quoting is lost and the database prepares the concatenated text. Administrative access, or a CSRF path through an administrator's session, is required; the demonstrated payload provides a time-based query oracle rather than data modification.
