Code execution via ProfileByteArray deserialization

Unsafe deserialization in CODESYS Development System 3.5.16 and 3.5.17 allows attackers to execute commands through a crafted project file. The ProfileByteArray setter passes the imported XML project's Profile byte array directly to BinaryFormatter.Deserialize without restricting object types. A local user must import the malicious file, after which attacker-supplied commands execute on the workstation.
