Memory corruption via undersized JPEG raster buffer

Out-of-bounds write in ImageGear 19.9 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory by supplying a malformed JPEG file. The Handle_JPEG420 function writes width-controlled three-byte pixels into a raster buffer sized from attacker-controlled SOF0 fields without the required size check. The host application must load a JPEG with an invalid SOF0 component count and specific SOS spectral-selection values, after which the write can crash the process or corrupt its memory.
