Integer overflow in Accusoft ImageGear 19.9 DICOM parsing allows remote attackers to execute code via a malformed DICOM file. The parse_dicom_meta_info path adds two to a file-supplied 0xFFFFFFFF size, wrapping the allocation check and retaining a 256-byte stack buffer. Exploitation requires an integrating application to process the file and yields code execution in that application's security context.
