Memory corruption via unchecked JPG buffer sizing

Out-of-bounds write in Accusoft ImageGear 19.8 and 19.9 allows attackers to corrupt memory by loading a malformed JPG file. In jpeg_raster_set, a missing size check lets the JPG SOF component count drive writes past a one-byte raster buffer. The host application must load attacker-supplied JPG content, triggering a write access violation that corrupts the host process.
