Information disclosure in IObit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 14.2.0.220 allows local users to read sensitive device data via an IRP. The Monitor_win10_x64.sys driver exposes \Device\IOBIT_WinRing0_1_3_0 to everyone, and IOCTL 0x9c4060d0 uses the first input-buffer integer as the port for a two-byte IN read. Low-privileged local access is required; the operation can disclose device data, with no reported integrity or availability impact.
