Information disclosure in IObit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 14.2.0.220 allows local users to read sensitive device data via a crafted IRP. The Monitor_win10_x64.sys handler for IOCTL 0x9c40a148 passes unconstrained user-controlled offsets and lengths to HalSetBusDataByOffset. Any unprivileged local user who can open the world-readable and world-writable driver device can read PCI configuration and device-specific registers.
