Authenticated pending-request disclosure via missing permission check
Published Jun 30, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Missing authorization in Jenkins Requests Plugin 2.2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to view pending requests. The RequestsPlugin/index.jelly view applies a generic secured layout rather than the plugin's requiredPermission authorization gate. Overall/Read access is sufficient, exposing pending administrative actions without permitting their modification.
