Stored XSS via unescaped script content

Stored XSS in Jenkins Project Scriptler 3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code in another user's browser. The plugin inserts saved Scriptler script content into a web page without escaping it, allowing attacker-controlled markup to execute when viewed. Scriptler/Configure permission is required to store the payload, and another user must view the affected content; execution remains in that user's Jenkins web context.
