Missing authorization in Jenkins Config File Provider Plugin 3.7.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate configuration file IDs. ManagedFile list and validation handlers and Maven settings list-box handlers return stored IDs without Item/Configure checks. Overall/Read access reaches the endpoints; disclosure is limited to configuration file identifiers, not file contents.
