Credential disclosure via plaintext configuration storage

Cleartext credential storage in Jabber Plugin 1.41 and earlier allows local users to read passwords from the Jenkins controller file system. JabberPublisherDescriptor serializes configured XMPP passwords as ordinary XML text in hudson.plugins.jabber.im.transport.JabberPublisher.xml instead of using Jenkins Secret encryption. Access requires permission to read the controller file system, and exposure is limited to passwords saved in the plugin's global configuration.
