Nested-item disclosure via missing ancestor permission checks

Incorrect authorization in Jenkins Role-based Authorization Strategy Plugin 3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access nested items. RoleMap.AclImpl grants Item/Read on a nested item without requiring Item/Read on each parent folder. The user must already hold Item/Read on the child; the bypass exposes only that otherwise hidden item and does not grant parent-folder access.
