Cross-site scripting via unescaped TICS responses

Cross-site scripting in Jenkins Project TICS Jenkins Plugin 2020.3.0.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts in users' browsers. The results view renders metric values, run descriptions, and quality-gate messages returned by the TICS service without neutralizing HTML; the fix sanitizes formatted values and moves rendering into escaped Jelly expressions. Exploitation requires control of TICS service response content and a Jenkins user to view the affected results page, enabling script execution in that user's browser context.
