User redirection via crafted links
Published Aug 3, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Open redirect in Dell EMC iDRAC9 before 4.40.40.00 allows remote attackers to send users to arbitrary sites through crafted links. Dell has not disclosed the affected web-interface route, parameter, or validation error that accepts an attacker-controlled destination. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted link; the resulting cross-site navigation can support phishing and expose or alter browser-accessible data.
