XXE in Dell SRS Policy Manager 6.x allows remote attackers to read system files or temporarily interrupt the SRS service. Its misconfigured XML parser resolves external entities from user-supplied DTD input without sufficient validation. No authentication is required; file access runs with non-root privileges, and service interruption is temporary.
