Unauthenticated data access via Shopping Cart flaw
Published Apr 22, 2021 · Updated Sep 26, 2024
An access-control vulnerability in Oracle iStore 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote attackers to access critical data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the specific operation or code locus in the Shopping Cart component, so the mechanism remains unknown. Exploitation requires a person other than the attacker to interact with the HTTP request, and successful attacks can also permit unauthorized updates, inserts, or deletes of some accessible data.
