Authentication bypass in SAP HANA 2.0 allows remote attackers to access database accounts when LDAP permits unauthenticated bind. The LDAP authentication flow accepts a directory server's successful unauthenticated-bind result as proof of the submitted identity. Exploitation requires LDAP authentication and a directory that allows unauthenticated bind; resulting database access is limited by the mapped account's privileges.
