Unauthenticated code execution via Java EL interpolation

Server-side template injection in SAP SE SCIMono before 0.0.19 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted schema IDs. SchemaIdValidator includes an attacker-controlled schema ID in a constraint-violation template that Java Bean Validation evaluates as an EL expression. An unauthenticated request to the SCIM Schemas endpoint is sufficient when bean validation is enabled, permitting commands in the server process context.
