XXE in SAP EPM Add-in for Microsoft Office before 1010 lets authenticated users affect integrity and availability via malicious XML. The logging service parses attacker-controlled configuration files without disabling XML external entities, allowing external-entity expansion during normal add-in processing. Exploitation requires an authenticated user with user privileges and a configuration-file path that accepts attacker-controlled XML; reported impact is limited to application integrity and availability.
