Missing authorization in OTRS CIs In Customer Frontend 7.0.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to view linked configuration items. ITSM Configuration Management 7.0.24 and earlier and the frontend package return linked items defined in the General Catalog without enforcing the agent's item permissions; OTRS has not disclosed the responsible function or request path.
