CVE-2021-21435Network attack vector

Authenticated data disclosure via ticket PDF export

Published Feb 8, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Information exposure in OTRS 7.0.x through 7.0.23 and 8.0.x through 8.0.10 allows remote authenticated users to read Bcc and agent data. The external-interface PDF print path includes article Bcc fields and agent personal information in customer-visible ticket output. An authenticated customer must request a ticket PDF, and the exposure is limited to confidential ticket metadata and agent details in that document.
