Local privilege escalation in OpenAPI Generator before 5.1.0 allows local users to control generated files through a temporary-directory race. In Generator.java, the online service deletes a File.createTempFile result and recreates its path as a directory, allowing a rival mkdir to take ownership. Exploitation requires a collocated user monitoring the shared Unix temporary directory; attacker-controlled output can execute with the generator consumer's privileges.
