Arbitrary code execution via GPG command injection

Command injection in @thi.ng/egf before 0.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to run OS commands through crafted #gpg values. The gpg tag parser interpolates an encrypted value into an execSync shell command, allowing backticks to trigger command substitution before GPG receives the value. Exploitation requires a Node.js application to enable the nondefault decrypt option and pass attacker-controlled EGF content, after which commands run with that application’s privileges.
