Stored XSS via unescaped Grid DataColumn output
Published Mar 30, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in PrestaShop 1.7.7.0 through 1.7.7.2 allows remote authenticated users to inject HTML through Grid DataColumn output. The shared data.html.twig template applies Twig's raw filter to record[column.options.field], suppressing output escaping for untrusted column values. A back-office user must reach a grid whose DataColumn receives attacker-controlled data, and a victim must view it for injected content to run in that browser.
