Authenticated device-metadata disclosure via overbroad client serialization

Information disclosure in Wire Server 2021-02-16 through 2021-02-25 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' device metadata. The brig GET /users/list-clients handler serialized full Client objects instead of reduced PubClient objects, returning location, registration time, type, and cookie labels alongside public identifiers. Any logged-in user who knows another user's ID can query the endpoint without a connection relationship; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of device registration location and time.
