Password change via missing reset form key

Cross-site request forgery in OpenMage LTS before 19.4.22 and 20.0.0 through 20.0.18 allows remote attackers to change account passwords. The resetforgottenpassword.phtml form omits the per-session form_key field, so the reset submission is not bound to the user's session. Exploitation requires a user to open a valid reset link and submit a new password while an attacker times a forged request, resulting in an attacker-chosen password.
