Denial of service in Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control 12.2.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to hang or crash it via HTTP. Oracle identifies the FMW Control Plugin as the locus but has not published the request-processing defect or crafted input that triggers the failure. A low-privileged account with network access is sufficient, and repeated exploitation can keep the management console unavailable.
