Pre-auth code execution via REST deserialization

Unsafe deserialization in OneDev before 4.0.3 allows remote attackers to execute code through unauthenticated Kubernetes REST requests. The allocate-job-caches and report-job-caches methods pass raw request bodies to SerializationUtils.deserialize as CacheAllocationRequest or CacheInstance data. Network access to either endpoint is sufficient; successful gadget execution runs code in the OneDev server process and can compromise its data and host privileges.
