Use-after-free in affected Adobe Acrobat Reader releases allows remote attackers to execute code via a malicious PDF. The Annotation popupOpen method performs operations on an Annotation object without first validating that the object still exists. Exploitation requires the current user to open the file or visit a malicious page, after which code runs in the Reader process.
