Denial of service in Oracle MySQL Server 8.0.22 and earlier allows local users with high privileges to cause a hang or repeatable crash. The flaw resides in the Server DML component, but Oracle has not published the faulty operation or crafted DML input that triggers it. Exploitation requires high-privilege access to the host where the server executes, and the reported consequence is limited to service interruption.
