Administrative actions via crafted-page request forgery
Published Dec 1, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site request forgery in ELECOM LAN Routers allows remote attackers to perform unintended administrative operations. Public advisories do not disclose the affected request handler or explain how the management interface fails to validate the authenticity of a state-changing request. Exploitation requires an administrator to remain logged in and open an attacker-crafted page, after which the router performs operations the administrator did not intend.
