Cross-site scripting in Oracle CRM Technical Foundation 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 through 12.2.10 allows remote attackers to access or alter data. The flaw is in the Preferences component, but Oracle has not disclosed the affected request, input-handling locus, or missing output encoding. Exploitation requires a separate user to interact with attacker-controlled HTTP content and can expose all accessible data or alter some accessible data.
