Cross-site scripting in Movable Type's List of Assets screen allows remote attackers to run script in a logged-in user's browser. JPCERT/CC and Six Apart have not disclosed which asset field reaches the page without context-appropriate output encoding. Exploitation requires the targeted user to be logged in and interact with attacker-controlled content, enabling script execution in that user's session.
