Script execution via unescaped thumbnail image path

Cross-site scripting in EC-CUBE 4.0.0 through 4.0.5-p1 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via a crafted page. The payment-method editor's payment_edit.twig template inserts an attacker-controlled image path into an HTML string used to build a thumbnail instead of assigning it through the CSS API. Execution requires an administrator or user to visit the crafted page and perform a specific operation, limiting the consequence to that browser context.
