OS command injection in Hitachi Virtual File Platform before 5.5.3-09 or 6.4.3-09 allows remote authenticated users to run root commands. Its HTTP request parameter processing passes attacker-controlled parameter content to an OS command without adequate neutralization. A valid product login is required, and successful exploitation executes arbitrary commands with root privileges.
