Communication-function denial of service via unnecessary TCP port

Denial of service in Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC-F Ethernet interface firmware 1.14 and earlier allows remote attackers to halt communications. The Ethernet interface block unnecessarily leaves a TCP port open and processes specially crafted packets sent to that port. No authentication or user interaction is required; PLC control continues, but communications remain unavailable until a system reset.
