Length-field handling in Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC and MELIPC controllers allows remote attackers to stop control or Ethernet operation. The Ethernet packet parser does not correctly handle a declared length that conflicts with the associated packet data. Network access without authentication is sufficient, and successful exploitation requires a system reset for recovery.
