Information disclosure in IBM Security QRadar SOAR 38.0 allows local users with root privileges to read App Host secrets. The Kubernetes-based App Host leaves its secrets unencrypted by default, exposing their cleartext values to the root user. Exploitation requires local root access and exposes stored secrets without enabling data modification or service interruption.
