Weak cryptography in IBM Security QRadar SOAR 38 allows attackers to decrypt recorded TLS traffic after obtaining the server key. Its TLS 1.2 listener enables cipher suites without perfect forward secrecy, so later key compromise exposes previously captured sessions. Exploitation requires both prior traffic capture and subsequent possession of the server key, and the reported consequence is disclosure only.
