Credential disclosure via reflected securetoken injection
Published Jul 27, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Reflected XSS in the mailbox UI of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials through crafted URLs. The securetoken parameter is returned without adequate neutralization by MBIList.jsp, MBISearch.jsp, and MBISend.jsp, causing supplied script to execute in the mailbox origin. Exploitation requires a valid SCI_DLSSO cookie, an absent or invalid mailbox JSESSIONID cookie, and a victim who opens an attacker-prepared URL.
