Credential disclosure via stored Web UI script injection
Published Dec 18, 2024 · Updated Dec 19, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 5.2.0.0 through 6.1.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read credentials. The Web UI stores attacker-supplied JavaScript and later executes it in another user's trusted browser session; IBM has not disclosed the affected field or missing neutralization step. Low-privileged access is required to place the script, and a victim must view the affected UI content before credentials are exposed.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=5.2.0.0 <=5.2.6.5
- Affected versionversion=6.0.0.0 <=6.0.0.6
