Credential disclosure via Web UI script injection
Published Apr 27, 2021 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Cross-site scripting in IBM Content Navigator 3.0.CD allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials through its Web UI. IBM states that users can embed arbitrary JavaScript in the Web UI, but does not identify the affected page, field, or code path. Low-privileged access and interaction by a user in a trusted session are required; execution can alter Web UI behavior and expose that session's credentials.
