Authenticated SSRF via Report Builder requests

Server-side request forgery in IBM Jazz Reporting Service 6.0.6.1, 7.0, 7.0.1, and 7.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to send unauthorized requests. The Report Builder accepts attacker-supplied destinations and causes the server to issue requests from its network location, enabling network enumeration or related attacks. Authentication is required, and the documented impact is unauthorized server-originated requests rather than direct data modification or service interruption.
